LAA Portal Upgrade

As you may have seen in our recent GOV.UK news story, the LAA Portal is currently undergoing essential maintenance work to improve its performance and stability.

We are pleased to confirm that all users will be moving to the new portal on 11th September 2017. 

The portal provides your access to CWA, CCMS, eForms and all LAA Online tools.

To date, we have been adding some users in a staged approach, and some in your firm may already be using the new portal if they only use the eForm system with us.

To prepare for the changeover, it is essential that you and your colleagues know your login and password details for the current portal.  Please ask all colleagues to ensure they know their portal access details before the date of changeover, otherwise access to the new portal could be delayed.

If you do not know you password to the current portal you can reset through the links on the portal. 

Guidance on how to do so can be found on the Training Resources page of the CCMS Training website.

You will be contacted with instructions for how to log in to the new portal, with details coming from our project team. The first time you log in to the upgraded Portal you will need to reset your password again via a prompt in the new portal and set challenge questions to update your security settings.
