Improvement to the means and merits interview

Most of the questions in the means and merits interview requiring a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer now automatically default to the most common answer.

This change was made as part of our CCMS continuous improvement programme and responds to CCMS user feedback.

What does this mean?

You don’t need to tick every ‘yes’ or ‘no’ box. However, you do need to review the default answers to ensure that they are correct as they will influence our assessment.

You can change the answer by selecting a different tick box.

How will this benefit me?

This change will save you time when completing the means and merits interview.

What about billing?

We are investigating a similar improvement to the billing screens and will keep you updated on our progress.
