Webchat replaces Q&A sessions

You may now communicate directly with a dedicated member of the training team to assist with your CCMS training enquiries.

Webchat can be found on the Provider Quick Guides pages for each area of support as well as in the Training Resources Tab.

If all operatives are busy at the time you are welcome to submit your enquiry offline and someone will contact you, or you may check back at a later time. 

We no longer offer the Q&A drop in sessions.
