CCMS Tips

CCMS is used to contact providers regarding their applications and cases. You will either receive an Action or Notification. The action is a request for information, documents or for you to update something within the application. Notifications are how the LAA inform you of our decision or any changes made to the case i.e. that the funding certificate has been granted.

Once you have opened the action or notification, they will disappear from the Overdue Action or Overdue Notification section, however you can still access them. To do this you will need to click on the Actions and Notifications tab on the toolbar located at the top of the page. You can then search using a number of different criteria. To view previously responded to actions or notifications always click ‘Include Closed Notifications’.
